The year 2024 saw a positive development in the key performance indicators of UNIMED, which increased its turnover by 9% to a record 148.3 million dinars. This sales performance was achieved thanks to strong growth in local sales.
Hospital sales increased by 70% from 30.9 million dinars to 52.6 million dinars between December 2023 and December 2024, while pharmacy sales improved by 5% compared to 2023.
Unit production (ampoules, vials, syringes, bags) amounted to 257,323,977 units on December 31, 2024, 3% less than in 2023.
Investments (intangible and tangible) amounted to 15.4 million dinars on December 31, 2024. The value of the investments made is in line with the company’s expansion investment plan.
The value of long-term debt at December 31, 2024 was 24.9 million dinars, an increase of 13% compared to December 31, 2023.
Short-term debt amounted to 25.6 million dinars, including 7.9 million dinars of bank loans due within one year and 0.7 million dinars of leasing loans due within one year, as well as 17 million dinars of operating loans, an increase of 12% compared to December 31, 2023.
