Tunisia: world’s leading milk processor gives wings to Délice Danone!

The Délice Danone Group has just consolidated its strategic alliance with the world’s leading milk processor SAVENCIA CHEESE & DAIRY.
Under this agreement, a capital increase of La Compagnie Fromagère was reserved for the French partner who held 42.5% of the company’s capital. This will enable it to increase its stake to 50%.
This agreement will enrich the Délice Group cheese product range by introducing several new varieties to the Tunisian market.
The industrial capacity of Compagnie Fromagère will be consolidated through major investments over the next ten years.
The new business model will also focus on exports by exploring new destinations in Africa and the Middle East, including Morocco and Libya.
