Mr. Shinji Yazaki, President of Yazaki Group reiterated his Group’s decision to keep operating in Tunisia and announced that it plans to expand to other promising sectors and especially renewable energy.
The statement was made by the Japanese official at his meeting with Secretary of State Responsible for American and Asian Affairs Hedi Ben Abbes, on the sidelines of the 8th session of the Tunisian-Japanese joint committee held in Tokyo.
The Japanese official also said his group is considering investing shortly in Tunisia in the areas of research and use of solar energy for power production, heating and air conditioning.
