Tunisia: UNIMED’s profits decline by more than 60% in 2020

The Board of Directors of the company UNIMED, meeting at end April reviewed the activity report of the company and approved the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2020, which show a net profit of 6.9 million dinars, against 17.7 million in 2019, a drop of 61%.

In fact, it was decided to propose to the Ordinary General Meeting the distribution of a dividend of 0.468 dinars per share, the largest distribution of dividends made by the company since its listing on the Tunis Stock Exchange market. The company has not distributed dividends for 2019, it should be recalled.

The company has therefore convened its shareholders for an Ordinary General Meeting by VTC for Thursday June 10, 2021.
