Officially a ‘regional import and export company’, SORIMEX appears to operate in the field of mass distribution in Sfax.
Its annual accounts for 2023 show a net profit of around TND 1,743,564 and a total of TND 16.828 million in retained earnings.
The company, about which very little is known apart from the few items of information published on the Tunis Stock Exchange website, where SORIMEX appears to be considered a company making a public offer, has also decided to distribute TND 125,572.5 in dividends to be taken from retained earnings before 2014.
