Compagnie Financière d’Investissement (CFI), a subsidiary of the BAYAHI Group specializing in the acquisition and management of participations in all types of companies, has decided to increase its share capital by 71.9 million dinars in cash.
This increase will be carried out through the issue of 718,920 registered shares of 100 dinars each, fully paid upon subscription.
Following this operation, CFI’s current share capital of 30.1 million dinars will be increased to 102 million dinars.
