The Board of Directors of Automobile Réseau Tunisien et Services -ARTES-, meeting on Tuesday, April 8, examined the company’s activity report and approved the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024.
The company’s financial statements show a net profit of 40.4 million dinars in 2024, compared to 27.1 million dinars in 2023, an increase of 49%.
The Board of Directors has decided to propose a dividend of 0.800 dinars per share to the Annual General Meeting, compared to 0.400 dinars last year.
