The Tunis Stock Exchange announced that the simplified Public Tender Offer (PTO) for the shares of the Société Immobilière Tuniso-Sacudiennes (SITS), at a unit price of 3,000 dinars, which was open from August 11, 2025, to September 9, 2025, was closed on the latter date.
Through this operation, the company Partner Investment SARL, acting in concert with the company Founders Capital Partners (Pouffini group), is targeting the acquisition of 1,914,264 SITS shares, representing 12.236% of the company’s capital.
It is recalled that on the opening date, the company Partner Investment SARL, acting in concert with the company Founders Capital Partners, held 13,682,716 SITS shares, representing 87.726% of the capital of that company.
During the Offer period, Partner Investment SARL acquired 231,279 SITS shares on the Stock Exchange and thus now holds, directly and in concert with Founders Capital Partners, 13,914,595 shares, representing 89.20% of the company’s capital.
