For the first time, Tunisia is launching a multisectoral business mission to Antananarivo, Madagascar, from February 3 to 7, 2026, under the theme: “Madagascar: Land of Opportunities.”
Organized by the Tunisia Africa Business Council (TABC) and the Tunisia–Madagascar Chamber of Commerce (CCTM), in partnership with the Economic Board of Development Madagascar (EBDM), the initiative aims to strengthen economic ties between the two countries and create concrete investment and trade opportunities.
The mission targets Tunisian companies looking to explore strategic sectors in Madagascar, meet key institutional and economic players and identify viable investment projects.
It is part of a broader effort to foster sustainable South-South cooperation between Tunisia and Madagascar.
According to TABC, the five-day program will include a high-level economic forum, B2B and B2G sessions, as well as official meetings with the Presidency of Madagascar, government ministers, the EBDM, and the Antananarivo Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Visits to private companies in key sectors will also be organized.
This mission represents a historic opportunity for Tunisian entrepreneurs to establish themselves in an emerging, dynamic, and largely untapped market.
