As of December 31, 2025, the consolidated net revenues of the SAH group reached 981.1 million dinars compared to 977.3 million dinars at the end of December 2025, representing additional revenue of 3.8 million dinars and an annual increase of 0.4%.
This improvement in consolidated net revenues by the end of December 2025 is driven by the commercial performance mainly of Azur Détergent (+9.5%) and the foreign subsidiaries, whose net revenues reached 148.9 million dinars, an increase of 4.2% compared to the same period in 2024.
Sales of the subsidiary Azur Détergent reached 181.5 million dinars compared to 165.7 million dinars on December 31, 2024, representing annual growth of 9.5%.
Sales of the SAH Algeria and Libya subsidiaries cumulatively recorded growth of 5.9%, reaching revenues of 114.3 million dinars as of December 31, 2025.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, the group’s sales reached 254.1 million dinars, an increase of 1.3% compared to the fourth quarter of 2024. Local sales decreased by 1.3% while international sales increased by 6.1%.
The breakdown of consolidated net revenues (adjusted for inter-group sales) by subsidiary shows that SAH Tunisia contributes 49%, followed by Azur Détergent and Azur Papier, whose sales represent 18.5% and 10.2% of total sales, respectively. The contribution of Azur Cosmétiques was 6.7%.
