The Board of Directors of Société de Transport des Hydrocarbures par Pipelines (SOTRAPIL), meeting on April 28, 2026, approved the company’s activity report and financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025.
The hydrocarbon transport specialist generated total operating revenue of 20.2 million dinars (MD) in 2025, up 7.7% from 18.7 MD in 2024.
According to management, the growth was driven primarily by a rise in operational turnover, supported by a notable increase in fuel volumes transported through the company’s key infrastructures, the strategic pipeline connecting Bizerte to Radès, as well as the line dedicated to JET A1 aviation fuel.
Net profit improves
Industrial and commercial efficiency translated directly into earnings. Net profit for 2025 reached 9.5 MD, a 6.5% increase compared to 8.9 MD recorded the previous year.
Dividend Proposal
Encouraged by the results, the Board decided to propose a dividend of 1.650 dinars per share for the 2025 financial year, up from 1.600 dinars per share last year.
The proposed distribution, along with approval of the financial statements, will be submitted to shareholders for a vote at the next Ordinary General Assembly scheduled for June 10, 2026.
