On February 12, 2026, it was announced that the M’Hamed Driss Group, on behalf of the Tour Khalef Hotel represented by Mrs. Zohra Driss, acquired 13,369 shares of the Tunisian-registered Moroccan bank Attijari Bank.
The block transaction was executed at an average price of TND 66.1 per share, for a total of TND 890,684.
For context, Tour Khalef is a subsidiary of the Tunisian hotel group Marhaba Hotels, founded by M’Hamed Driss.
The property operates under the Jaz Hotels brand but is structurally part of the Driss Group portfolio.
Financially, Tour Khalef reported a net profit of just over TND 3.683 million as of December 31, 2022.
One year later, profits exceeded TND 10.758 million and in 2024 the net profit rose further, surpassing TND 12.156 million.
On the same day, MKY Holding, represented by Khaled Mzabi, sold 16,000 shares of the same bank at an average price of TND 66.251, receiving over TND 1.060 million from the transaction.
