Benin’s 2014 budget is estimated at 1,117 billion CFAF, up from 1,044 billion CFAF this year, says a statement from the council of ministers released on Thursday in Cotonou.
The statement said the internal resources were estimated at 873,933 million CFA.
The figures shows a deficit of 243,069 million CFAF as against 248,434 million CFAF this year.
The deficit will be financed by the foreign resources to the tune of 169,613 million CFAF while the rest would be financed by internal resources estimated at 73,457 million CFAF.
