Workers need to hold both labour permit and labour card
Dubai: The Ministry of Labour has fined a company Dh1.5 million for employing 15 workers illegally also referred to the public prosecution.
It is not permissible for any company registered with the ministry to hire any worker without obtaining a labour permit, along with a labour card.
