Congolese President Denis Sassou Nguesso on Saturday in Imboulou inaugurated the country’s biggest hydro-electric power station, with a capacity to generate 120 megawatts.
The power station was built by China over five years at an estimated cost of 170 billion FCFA.
The power station includes four 30-megawatt turbines and an annual production of 876 million kilowatt/hour.
