Cote d’Ivoire: Trading at West African Bourse continues decline

Trading at the West African regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) again ended on the decline Tuesday, with the BRVM index 10 falling from 256.65 to 254.35 points, representing a decrease of 0.90%.

Also, the Composite BRVM index slid 0.67% to 240.59 points, against the 242.21 points previously recorded.

Total value of transaction was 718.61 million CFA Francs, against 464.32 million CFA Francs recorded on Monday.

Market capitalisation of shares stood at 5.841.52 billion CFA Francs, while that of the bond market reached 1.166.91 billion CFA Francs.

Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI Togo) continues to be the most active in volume, with 5,132.955 shares exchanged, while Sonatel Senegal remains the most active in value, with 359.69 million CFA Francs in transactions.
