The Tunisian Shipping Company (French: CTN) said Wednesday it will loosen its commercial measures to support and better respond to the requests of its customers, while respecting the general lockdown provisions.
“It will be possible to postpone, to a later date, tickets for all non-operated trips as a result of the closure of European borders, free of charge within 12 months from the date of purchase of the ticket,” it said in a press release.
The deadlines for paying off vouchers are suspended in order to avoid automatic cancellation of reservations until the process resumes after the end of the lockdown.
