The Gambia has been hit by acute fuel shortage, leaving many motorists pushing up fares and passengers stranded at bus stops in Banjul, the capital, and environs, PANA confirmed Thursday.
According to official sources, which did not give reasons for the development, the shortage is in its third day running.
