The investigating judge at the Tunis Court of First Instance has indicted the leader of the Ennahdha movement, Rached Ghannouchi, and others with two charges: conspiracy against the internal security of the state and an attack aimed at changing the form of government and inciting people to arm themselves against each other, under the provisions of articles 68 and 72 of the penal code, the spokesman for the Tunis Court of First Instance, Mohamed Zitouna, told TAP on Wednesday.
Zitouna added that the investigating judge at the Tunis Court of First Instance had closed the investigation into the case against Rached Ghannouchi, Rafik Abdessalem Bouchleka, Maher Zid, Youssef Nouri, Ahmed Machregui, Mohamed Samti and Mokdad Mejri and referred the file to the Indictment Chamber of the Tunis Court of Appeal.
