Restructuring of TAV Tunisia’s debt totaling €435.1 million

International business law firm Clifford Chance has announced the restructuring of the debt of TAV Tunisia totaling €435.1 million.

Clifford Chance advised TAV Tunisia and its shareholders on its groundbreaking debt restructuring resulting in its senior debt and hedge accounts totaling €435.1m being partly repaid at a discount and partly converted into senior debt and Tunisian participating shares giving the right to the lenders to excess cashflows of TAV Tunisia after debt service.

TAV Tunisia is the operator of the Enfidha-Hammamet and of the Monastir Airports in Tunisia.
