The German Heinrich Böll Foundation (hbs-Tunis) will present, on April 15, 2022, in Tunis, a study entitled “10 years of environmental legislation 2011-2021”.
The study will be presented during a debate meeting organised at Dar Bach Hamba, in the Medina of Tunis, in collaboration with the Art Rue association.
Elaborated by Wahid Ferchichi and Afef Marrakchi, this study proposes to make an exhaustive qualitative and quantitative analysis of the evolution of environmental legislation over the last ten years. It focuses on the achievements recorded and stops on the shortcomings to be remedied in the texts promulgated in terms of environmental protection and concludes with a series of recommendations.
