TARAJI Holding, the company that will enable the Tunis club to set up an economic and financial structure, on Tuesday, December 31, submitted its application for listing on the Tunis Stock Exchange, according to llBoursa.
This step is part of the strategy adopted by the management of Esperance Sportive de Tunis to create new sources of viable and sustainable financing for the coming years.
It should be noted that MAC SA, a stock market broker, has been managing the project to create TARAJI Holding since 2021.
The flotation of TARAJI Holding is not only a strategic operation, but also an unprecedented and historic one in the Tunisian sports sector, given the precarious financial situation that sports clubs in Tunisia have been experiencing for years due to difficulties in obtaining the necessary financing.
