Manufacturer TPR has posted a net profit of 33.886 million dinars for the full year ending December 31, 2025, up 7.6% from 31.499 million dinars in 2024, according to financial statements approved by the company’s Board of Directors on April 22, 2026.
The board reviewed the activity report and validated the individual financial statements, noting the improved financial performance across the fiscal year.
The profit increase reflects TPR’s continued positive momentum despite a challenging environment marked by volatile costs and fluctuating demand.
In light of the results, the board has decided to propose a dividend of 0.450 dinar per share at the upcoming Ordinary General Assembly. Shareholders will vote on the proposal during the meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
