Tunisia: ‘’Jasmine Airways’’ gets green light

A new charter airline, “Jasmine Airways,” founded by a group of Tunisian businessmen, has obtained an agreement in principle from the Ministry of Transport, reports the website ilboursa.

This agreement will allow the company to initiate necessary procedures to obtain air navigation authorizations.

The low cost airline will operate from the airport of Djerba and Enfidha with two Boeing B737NG.

The company will create 850 job positions including 150 direct jobs and 700 indirect jobs.
