Tunisia: “Orange” launches emergency credit service

Orange Tunisia has launched the SOS Credit service, allowing customers to make 3 minutes of calls to contacts on any operator’s network when they run out of credit.

These calls are not free as Orange’s service operates like a bank overdraft. Customers must pay TND 0.19 per minute, with the charges deducted from the next top-up.

The SOS Credit facility can be added free of charge by calling the operator’s automated voice response system.

It is available to customers on the Orange Zen, Club, Allo Lelkoll, Kollou Bonus, Nejma and Boouj prepaid plans.
