Tunisia and the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD signed an agreement to finance a series of construction projects of national and regional roads, with an amount of approximately $ 160 million.
A new dam will be constructed soon in the north and will be funded in the framework of this cooperation.
On another level, the Director of the Saudi Fund for Development, Youssef Bassem told Mosaique FM that the project ideas submitted by Tunisia are a of high priority and consistent with the orientations of Arab development institutions.
He announced that a coordination meeting will be held next month to start the study of some of the proposed projects.
