Tunisia: “Air Liquide” improves its revenues by 13% to 34 million dinars in 2020

The company “Air Liquide Tunisia” recorded a 158% increase in sales in Q4 2020.

This strong growth is mainly due to an increase in oxygen sales on the local market of 800%.

Cumulatively, the company’s annual turnover increased by 13% compared to 2019 to reach 34.2 million dinars, including 29.5 million from the local market.

However, the production volume fell from 34,843 tons in 2019 to 32,220 tons at the end of last December, a decrease of 7.5%.

In 2020, the margin on material costs reached 23.7 million dinars, against 17 million dinars a year earlier, while gross value added increased from 6.8 million dinars to 13.6 million dinars between 2019 and 2020.

As for the gross operating surplus, it was almost multiplied by five from 1.3 million dinars at the end of December 2019 to 6.3 million last December 31.
