The company “Air Liquide Tunisie” has published its interim financial statements closed on June 30, 2022. The company has almost stabilized its net profit in the first half of the year to 13 million dinars, against 13.3 million at the end of June 2021.
The turnover achieved on gas sales during the first half of 2022 is 19.8 million dinars, against 21.8 million a year earlier, down 9%. As for the cost of sales, it increased from 14.8 million dinars to 15.8 million between June 2021 and last June.
As a result, the gross margin for the period is down sharply by 43% to 4 million dinars, against 7 million at the end of the first half of 2021.
The company achieves an operating income of 2.2 million dinars at the end of June last, against 6 million a year ago, a drop of 63%.
On the other hand, the net financial income (1.3 million dinars), investment income (434 thousand dinars) and income from investments (9.7 million dinars) have enabled the company to generate a net half-year profit of 13 million dinars.
Regarding the income from shareholding products, it is the dividends to be received from the subsidiary Air Liquide Tunisie Services for the year 2021.
