As part of the development and integration of activities of industrial batteries in North Africa, Assad and Enersys groups have decided to increase the capital of their subsidiary “ENERSYS-Assad” for 2 million dinars.
The capital increase will allow “ENERSYS-Assad” to make the necessary investment to double, as soon as possible, its production capacity and create two subsidiaries.
The first, Enersys-Assad Industrial, will be designed to assemble a wider range of industrial batteries in Tunisia. The second, Enersys-Assad North Africa, international trade company, is dedicated to distribution in North African countries.
