Attijari Leasing issues a bond loan of an amount of 20 million dinars likely to be raised to 30 million dinars divided into 200 000 bonds likely to be raised to 300 000 bonds of nominal 100 dinars.
The issue conditions of that “Attijari Leasing 2023-1” bond loan are fixed as follows: Term: 5 years – Rate: 10.70% – Redemption: constant annual.
Subscriptions and payments to this loan will be received as from August 21, 2023 and will be closed no later than October 20, 2023. Subscriptions and payments will be received by Attijari Intermédiation.
This bond is part of the mobilization of the funds necessary to carry out the financing of the movable and immovable property leasing operations planned for 2023, which amount to 280 million dinars.
