The subscriptions to the 20-million-dinar bond loan “Attijari Leasing 2022-1”, likely to be raised to a maximum of 30 million, opened to the public on August 22nd 2022, have been closed for an amount of 30 million dinars.
The loan was issued according to the following conditions:
Category A: with a duration of 5 years at a fixed rate of 10.00%.
Category B: for a duration of 5 years at the variable rate of MMR +2.75%.
That loan is rated “A- (tun)” on the long-term rating scale of Fitch Ratings.
