“Fabskill” is a free web platform that offers an innovative recruitment process based on artificial intelligence. Its aim is to provide innovative solutions to the problems associated with job interviews, through a matching system between employers and candidates.
Launched by computer engineer Béchir Afifi and two friends with the support of the African Development Bank (AfDB) and Souk At-tanmia, the company generated its first million Tunisian dinars in revenue in 2022 and has now broken even.
With around 25 employees, the Tunisian company already has more than 600 customers, including banks and telecommunications companies, particularly in the information technology sector.
