Blakeney LLP said it has crossed downward in concert the 10% threshold of the share capital of the company “Société d’Articles Hygiéniques” (SAH), following the increase in the share capital of that company. Blakeney LLP, which did not follow the increase, holds in concert 6,382,985 shares of the capital, or 9.77%.
