The Tunis Stock Exchange recorded on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, the execution of a block transaction involving 257,800 ARTES shares at a price of 11.600 dinars, for a total amount of 3 million dinars.
This transaction, carried out through the brokerage firm Attijari Intermédiation, is part of the reorganization of the ARTES Group.
It should be noted that several operations of sales and acquisitions of ARTES shares were carried out between June 5 and August 17 by members and companies belonging to the MZABI family, the reference shareholder of the ARTES dealership with nearly 78% of the capital.
