The BNA Bank has announced that it will achieve a record net banking income of 907 million dinars in 2022, against 850 million dinars in 2021, up 6.8%.
This is the second highest NBI achieved by the banks in the market in 2022.
The banking operating income reached 1,808 million dinars, against 1,561 million dinars on December 31, 2021, recording an increase of 15.8%. As for the banking operating expenses, they grew by 189 million dinars, from 711 million dinars to 900 million dinars.
Income from the commercial securities portfolio rose from 25.5 million dinars to 45.6 million dinars, while income from the investment securities portfolio reached 243.3 million dinars, against 194.8 million dinars in 2021.
The outstanding loans to customers, net of provisions and reserved agios, reached 14,071 million dinars, against 12,845 million dinars in 2021, posting an increase of 9.6%.
Customer deposits recorded an increase of 1,210 million dinars between December 2021 and December 2022, i.e. a growth of 12.3%.
