Carthage Cement announced on Thursday that its Board of Directors met today to approve the financial statements for the year 2023.
These showed an 18% increase in total revenues compared to 2022, from TND 367 million to a record TND 431.5 million.
Gross operating profit increased by 21% to TND 156.3 million from 129.6 million dinars the previous year.
As a result, the cement producer posted a record net profit of TND 55.2 million in 2023, compared with TND 35.6 million at the end of December 2022, a significant increase of 55%.
