Tunisia: CIL improves its net profit by 22% in 2021 to over 15 million dinars

The individual financial statements of the “Compagnie Internationale de Leasing” (CIL) show a net result of 15.2 million dinars against 12.5 million in 2020, i.e. a growth of 22%.

CIL has just announced that its Board of Directors, meeting on March 10, 2022, reviewed the company’s activity during the financial year 2021 and approved the individual and consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2021, which were submitted to the Auditors.

As for the consolidated financial statements, they show a net result of 15.5 million dinars, against 12.4 million in 2020.

In addition, the Board of Directors decided to convene an Ordinary General Meeting on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at the Arab Institute for Business Managers (IACE) and to propose a dividend of 1.900 dinars per share.
