Tourist flow in Tozeur posted a decline in 2014 compared to the previous two years, affected by the cancellation of several air services linking Tozeur to European cities, according to figures presented recently at the end of the meeting of the local regional tourism council.
The number of passengers passing through the airport of Tozeur-Nafta reached 45,203 in 2014 against 48,024 in 2013, representing a decrease of 5.9%.
Regarding flights, the airport recorded a sharp decline of 22.8% in 2014.
