The chief investigating judge of the Economic and Financial Judicial Division issued a detention warrant on Thursday against Boutheina Ben Yaghlane, former CEO of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, according to Mosaique FM.
Late Wednesday night, the investigating judge had already issued two detention warrants against businessman Ahmed Abdelkafi and a former CEO as part of a case involving suspected financial and administrative corruption within the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.
The investigating judge at the Financial Judicial Division is expected to continue investigations, conduct necessary hearings of other involved executives, and then take appropriate judicial decisions regarding them.
