Tunisia: Development project in Nabeul to generate 5,000 jobs

With a total cost of 1.5 million dinars, the development project of the industrial zone in Bouargoub, Governorate of Nabeul, recorded a progress rate of 30%.

This project, considered a pilot industrial zone, is able to create more than 5,000 jobs. It involves the establishment of rainwater cleaning and drainage channels, lighting and green spaces.

Members of the German Agency for Technical Cooperation, GTZ, expressed satisfaction because the area is considered strategic as it is located only 40 km from the capital and 30 km from Enfidha airport, which encourages investment in this region.

According to international standards, the industrial area of Bouargoub will be the first pilot industrial zone in Tunisia.
