The Tunisian dinar has appreciated against the dollar, according to the average exchange rate of April 2021. Thus, 1 dollar is worth TND 2.750, against TND 2.806, in April 2020, according to the “Economic Outlook – April 2021”, just published by the Tunisian Institute of Competitiveness and Quantitative Studies (ITCEQ).
However, the Tunisian dinar has depreciated against the euro, which is worth TND 3.320, in April 2021, against TND 3.287 D, in the same month of the previous year.
Referring to the price of the dinar posted by the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT) on Friday, May 20, 2021, we note that 1 dollar is worth TND 2.7730, while a euro is exchanged for TND 3.325.
