Tunisia: Duet Mena reduces its holding in Somocer.

Emirati Company “Duet Mena” via “Innocap SICAV-DUET SUB” has announced a reduction of its stake in the capital of Somocer of Abdennadher group.

Duet which owns, directly and indirectly, 20.977% stake of Somocer is reducing this stake to only 5.9%.
