The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), on January 17, extended a TND 25 million senior unsecured loan to the “Compagnie Internationale de Leasing (CIL)”, the company’s Communication Officer Mourad Kallel told TAP.
The funding is geared towards on-lending to local micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) that are core to Tunisia’s economy and need an adequate financial support, Kallel indicated.
The loan will be reimbursed over five years with a two-year grace period.
