Tunisia: Euro-Cycles proposes dividend of TND 0.700 despite difficult 2025

The Board of Directors of Euro-Cycles, meeting on March 12, approved the company’s financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year, which show a slowdown in activity amid weaker demand.

The Tunisian bicycle manufacturer posted revenue of 99.5 million dinars in 2025, down from 119.6 million dinars in 2024, representing a 16.8% decline.

The drop in revenue weighed on profitability. Net profit reached 8.4 million dinars, compared with 10.4 million dinars the previous year, marking a 19.1% decrease.

At the consolidated level, the group recorded net profit of 7.7 million dinars, down from 11 million dinars in 2024, a decline of 29.4%. The drop was mainly attributed to the weaker performance of its subsidiary Tuninindustrie, whose profit fell by 78% during the period.

Despite the downturn, the company’s board decided to maintain shareholder remuneration by proposing a dividend of TND 0.700 per share, compared with TND 0.600 last year.

Shareholders have been invited to attend the Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the company’s headquarters in the industrial zone of Kalaa Kebira, near Sousse.
