Compagnie Internationale de Leasing (CIL) announced on Monday that its Board of Directors, meeting on March 12, 2026, reviewed the company’s activity for the 2025 financial year and approved the individual and consolidated financial statements, which have been submitted to the statutory auditors.
The individual financial statements show a net profit of 21.4 million dinars, compared with 19.8 million dinars in 2024, representing an increase of 7.6%.
As for the consolidated financial statements, they indicate a net profit of 21.7 million dinars, up from 20.2 million dinars a year earlier, also reflecting a 7.6% rise.
In addition, the Board of Directors decided to convene an Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) on April 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Arab Institute of Business Leaders and to propose the distribution of a dividend of 2.400 dinars per share, compared with 2.200 dinars last year.
