Tunisia: FDI declines by 24.6% in Tunisia

The Tunisian Agency for the Promotion of Foreign Investment indicated Friday that Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the country fell by 24.6% during the first five months of 2014, compared to the same period in 2013, PANA reported from Tunis.

It said FDI in the industrial sector decreased by 20.6% between January and May 2014 and by 80.1% for investment in the services sector.

On its part, the agricultural sector lost 100% of its volume of FDI this year, according to official sources.
