FLORUS INVEST HOLDING, an investment fund belonging to the Bouebdelli Group, said it has exceeded the threshold of 5% of the capital of the insurance company “MAGHREBIA Vie.”
The fund, which directly and jointly held 3.80% of the insurance company’s capital, directly acquired 1,333,452 million shares, i.e. 5.33% of the capital, at 6,080 dinars per share, i.e. a total of 8.1 million dinars.
After crossing the threshold, FLORUS INVEST HOLDING now directly and jointly holds 9.13% of the capital of MAGHREBIA Vie.
The Fund also states that it intends to continue acquiring shares.
