The Industrial Textile Company (SITEX) has decided to postpone the Ordinary General Assembly (AGO) originally scheduled for June 30, 2026, which was set to review the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
In a statement, the company said the decision comes amid the continuation of work carried out under the company’s judicial recovery procedure.
The postponement aims in particular to allow the completion of ongoing procedures related to the finalization of the financial statements, as well as the incorporation of the latest developments concerning the preparation of the company’s recovery plan.
To this end, the judicial administrator is continuing, in coordination with the various parties concerned, the assessment and analysis work necessary to define a comprehensive recovery plan aimed at ensuring the sustainability of operations, preserving jobs, gradually improving the company’s financial situation and restoring its long-term economic balance.
