Adviser to the Minister of Energy in charge of the hydrocarbons Hamed Matri told AficanManager Thursday the public sale prices of certain fuels will be revised downward.
The rate of decrease will be 1.5%, that is to say a 30-millime cut”, he pointed out.
Matri also said since the beginning of April, the ministry has approved a change in the mechanism of adjusting fuel prices every three months to 5% decrease or increase in relation to the current price.
Thus, an adjustment of 1.5% decrease or increase from the current price every month will be made until reaching 2% at the beginning of January of the year 2021.
