Tunisia: huge tourism project to launched by Singaporean investor in Douz

The delegation of Douz in the southern governorate of Kebili will be the destination of new tourist investments, well-informed sources have confirmed to African Manager.

They are mobilized for a project whose works should be completed at the beginning of next July and enter into operation in the autumn of 2022, namely a vast tourist resort of about 4000 palm trees.

According to the same source, the initiator of this project is an investor from Singapore.  The 50-million-dinar project will provide about 270 direct jobs in the region.

Work on this tourism project has progressed by 90%, its components are in line with the architectural style of the region and will include hotel units, a SPA and a multi-specialty showroom.
